Homewood Connect is a light-lift mentoring program designed to strengthen connection and relational capacity among Homewood and Homewood-adjacent staff. It pairs colleagues for short, focused mentoring cycles—three to four 30-minute sessions over eight weeks—centered on one meaningful stretch goal. The program emphasizes relationship-building over the more standard, transactional approach to networking. **That is the “Connect”, short for connection. **Developing connection allows participants to learn to engage across differences in style, background, or approach, to discover how to create a link even when the “fit” isn’t immediate. Matches are made intentionally through a human-centered process that blends personal insight with simple tools for matching and tracking. While we facilitate pairing and provide structure, the real growth happens when participants choose how to show up, listen, and build trust.
Each cohort concludes with *Pinnacle Connection: Leadership Bridges,* a reflective event that brings mentors, mentees, and new participants together to celebrate relational growth and inspire continued connection.”
