This event is more than networking; it’s relational leadership in action. As life designers, we have a bias toward action. You’ll practice connecting across styles, roles, and differences, setting the stage for deeper conversation for future mentorship connections.

Event Overview

This exclusive closing ceremony honors the meaningful connections developed throughout our coaching program. It marks the culmination of our first mentoring cycle and the beginning of the next. It’s a shared moment for Cohort 1 to honor their journey and for Cohort 2 to witness connection in action. Featuring a keynote address from our distinguished guest, Alicia Wilson, Vice President for Civic Engagement and Opportunity. This gathering marks not an ending but a potential strengthening of professional bonds that will continue to flourish.

• Focus: Transitioning from mentorship to potential sponsorship “deep-diversity” based relationships. Deep-level diversity evaluates individual differences that are not visible. These characteristics describe attitudes, values, beliefs, and opinions.
